Coins are digital goods and are non-refundable once used. By purchasing Coins, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please read the full terms below before making a purchase.

1. Digital Goods Policy

Coins purchased on Abyss Comics are digital goods intended for unlocking premium content within our platform. Due to the nature of digital products, all Coin purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

You MAY be eligible for a refund if:

  • Coins were charged but never credited to your account due to a technical error
  • You were charged multiple times for a single purchase (duplicate transaction)
  • There was unauthorized use of your payment method (with valid proof)
  • We are unable to deliver the purchased content due to platform issues

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Coins that have already been used to unlock content
  • Partial refunds on coin packages
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with unlocked content
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Coins purchased more than 14 days ago

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@abysscomics.com within 14 days of the purchase
  2. Include in your email:
    • Your account email/username
    • Date and amount of purchase
    • PayPal transaction ID (if available)
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Screenshots if applicable
  3. Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in permanent suspension of your account.
